Maison Dudognon enjoys a long history in Cognac's premier grand cru: Grande Champagne. From their activity as grower/traders from 1776 to the modern era, post-1970 when they no longer sell to Cognac's big houses, the quality of their vineyards and brandies have been held to the highest regard.

The dark amber colour of the Paulin, as well as all of the rich vanilla and toffee that came from 100% French Limousin wood, is just breathtaking. The flavours are smooth, pure, unafraid of sugar, and incredibly precise. Fresh apricot with apple overtones, caramel with spice cake, and a zesty acidity note on the finish.
